Cancellation Policy:

If our clients are unable to keep their appointment, we appreciate a call 24 hours in advance. Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice impacts the opportunity to service other clients. In the case of two (2) cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments. At the time of taking the credit Card info. we will charge the card $1 and reimburse you at the time of service.

No Shows: More than one (1) No Show will be handled the same as cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a No Show fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments. If two no-shows happen, we will charge your card for the full service price.
